Hey everyone.
I have a 95 GT 5.0 5 speed one day just started to run real sh***y. Was flooding real bad, so bad that it just wouldn't start anymore even if I held it to the floor. Would just foul out the plugs. finally I started playing around with it and I disconnected the TPS and I could get it to start so naturally I assumed the TPS was bad so I bought a new one and put it in and plugged it in started the car and straight to flood again. Unhooked it and the car starts and will sit there and run all day long. Idles little ruff at first but I can drive the car all day long. I also changed the CTS no change. Took IAC and throttle body and cleaned it all out. Cleaned MAF. I have no idea what's been done to the car but I know it don't run like stock all I can see that's done is a cold air intake. I did take the computer out and opened the back panel were ya put the chip and smelled it and it has that burnt smell to it. do ya think that's my next purchase? Ive been a mechanic all my life and I can fix just about any car that comes in but of course when it comes to my own car well ya no lol.
