Hi all,

I managed to park my 2006 GT in the garage for a couple of months, with the trunk open (Just barely, so I didn't notice). Now my battery is flat.

I have one of these Schumaker SSC-1000A speed chargers, but since I'm not all that comfortable under the hood of the car and the instructions being in English and not my native tongue, I thought I'd check here about how to use it:

Are our cars positive grounded or negative grounded?

In the instructions it says to place one of the clips (Depending on whether the engine is positive grounded/negative grounded) somewhere on the chassis or engine block, away from the battery. Anyone have any suggestions on where to put it?

And finally, has anyone else used one of these speed chargers? How long did it take to re-charge? Should I leave the garage door open?

It's still the stock battery, and I haven't had any issues with it before. The car has a supercharger.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Tom
