Hi all!
Just bought a 1977 Mustang II Ghia Coupe.
It is an original first delivered car in the Netherlands, equipped with a 302 V8.
Ofcourse it got some small isues, such as a leaking rear main seal, an electricalproblem with the light switch and some rust at the Lower part of the passender door.
All in all, it drives, shifts and brakes like new!
Actually this is not my car, but my sons very first car....only I got to do the work on it, I’m the handyman so I’m on here to learn about the Mustang II.

A little about myself, 52 years old at this moment, married, two kids, boy (owns the Mustang) and a girl.
I built and drive a ‘59 Chevy Apache Fleetside Pick up, sorry about that.
Built a few Harleys and right now I am building a caferacer from a Yamaha seca II, so yes, I have some work to do.
But I love it.
Hope to learn a lot here and have a good time.
Thanks for reading!

Rockinkees.

The steeringwheel....
If you mean that round thing in front of your belly, it’s on the left side of the car.
That pretty normal in our cold country ;-)

Pay little attention to noobz, he gets a rash when cars drive from the wrong side. Anyway, there is a forum here for you and that II, 74-78 II's have a special place here, and you'll fit right in there.
Welcome to stangnet.
Oh, got any beer with strange names?

Thanks Karthief!

Well, first of all, there are a few countries who drive on the wrong side, such as the UK, Japan, Australia, South Afrika. But not here, end history lesson 1 ;-)
As for your beer names, lots of strange names.
To name a few Heineken, Amstel, Grolsch, Kabouterbier, Cornelisbier, Gulpen, Brouwersbier, and the list goes on and on....

I found the Mustang II section, do I have to introduce myself also overthere?

Welcome to Stangnet.

I'm not a huge II fan, but that's a nice starting point for sure.

We have at least one, maybe two members here from your area on the continent. They'll buzz in eventually.

Nothing to be ashamed about with an Apache! I love them. Got a picture you would show us?

Thank you. You don’t see these cars here often, Sometimes at a meeting.
Not many people like them I’m afraid
But Hey, it’s a nice little cruiser, my sons very first car!
And it drives pretty good!

I have got hundreds of pictures to show you about my car, don’t know if Ford people appreciate it...

I like old trucks, any make will do, slammed on bags or stock as a stove, no matter, they're cool.
