Newby I got my dream car 2000 Mustang 4.6L Need help with a new PCM problems

Help, I have a 2000 Mustang 4.6 L hot car I had to order a new PCM already programmed to VIN installed it and still have a crank no start. I put it on a scan tool and got the code B2139 can anyone point me in the next direction. This is my first experience with a Ford Pats and Im not a fan lol Any help would be appreciated.

Something is still not right. The PCM, Vin, and Odometer must all match along with the PATS key/transducer etc. If not, you get the no start. Not sure what you mean by "hot car" but you may just ending up having the PATS disabled by a programmer, OR, you can go to Ford and have it all matched via their equipment. Not sure if any other handheld/setup can do that.
 
An inexpensive ELM device and a download of "Forscan" will help. It is capable of resolving new PCM/ PATS issues and much, much, more. If you have an HP tuners device, (or perhaps some other tuning system), you may be able to disable the PATS system as mentioned above.
