First off, welcome to StangNet! :SNSign:

Second off, yeesh. . . Electrical gremlins can be pretty hard to track down. I would *assume* that there is some sort of problem under the hood if heat is an issue. What does your voltage look like when the engine is at temperature?

Another welcome!

What do the signals do exactly - is it like there's no power to the MF switch, or do the lights come on solid or something else?

Synthetic blinker fluid is able to deal with heat a lot better than the conventional stuff. The reservoir is behind the radio.

Seriously, please provide more info. And just so you know, you are in the 94-95 sub-forum.

Good luck.
