Ok, here goes...When I drive my mustang at night the steering is nice a firm like it should be with a little bit of play in the steering wheel. Now the problem i am having is during the day it is very mushy/Loose when im driving around town or far away when its about 70 degrees out...the steering is all over the road and is very irrating to control...Its not an alignment issue because I got one already its just very weird...Its kinda like icecream lol, its hard in the refrigerator but when its out in the warm it looses its strength and melts...Thats how it is with my front suspension...Ball Joints been replaced too...

I think someone tapped your foglight power off of your power steering pressure sensor.

Honestly, try draining some of your power steering fluid, and add some Lucas power steering treatment. That stuff worked wonders in my Supercoupe.

I also think this is fluid related. Change the fluid, use the above mentioned additive.

Its a hassle to do p/s fluid. Personally I would take it to a shop for that.

I just pulled the return line off of the reservoir. It's got a hose clamp on it. I put a transmission funnel up there, and let it pour down into a 20oz pop bottle. I'd reccomend draining out as much as possible, and putting in all fresh stuff. Get the front end on jackstands (Away from your tires!), and when you get the new stuff in, start the car and turn the steering wheel slowly all the way left, then back right all the way again, lock to lock. Do that a few times, and check the fluid again. You might have to burp some air out of the reservoir sometimes.
