I'd feel confident driving as fast as I felt necessary and could still maintain control of my vehicle.
The dude passed going uphill in a no passing zone and into the wrong side of a roundabout, on a road he was clearly inexperienced with. Nothing about what that guy did wasn't incredibly stupid.
I realize now that I may be talking to a blank wall. Did Chucky get teh bant?

I saw an account the other day get whacked before the person could even finish registering. Noobz has a hair trigger on his stick.
