Nitrous and Tunning?

So I just saw the Edelbrock dry plate kit and changed my mind about spraying my pony. What I want to know is does anyone have this kit and what do you think of it?
Also a general question about nitrous, do you have to tune your car for the nitrous every time you want to run it or do you just tune it and flip the switch when ever you want?

OK well I have questions for those of you with nitrous, one do you have to retune when you hit the track on the weekend w/nitrous and two If I was unwilling to pay for direct port and unwilling to drill a hole in my CAI how can I get a wet nitrous spray into the engine????

Buy a NX kit. It bolts on between the throttle body and the intake. I think it is the best kit out there but that is just my opinion. From my past experience, if you are only running up to about 100hp jets, you should not need a new tune. Anything above that though, I'd get a custom one. Anyone else please chime in and verify my info.....

To determine what level of power is best for you we suggest calling us but it is common to run 75 HP on your stock tune with no issues. We have ran the 75 HP system on our most radical naturally aspirated tune with no ill effects. A good rule of thumb is to remove 1 degree of timing for every 25 HP but that is a safety net. Zex says you do not need to do any modifications to timing at the 75 HP level. We have found that some cars at the 100 HP level and all of them at the 125 HP level will melt the spark plugs with a safe tune. We suggest using a colder spark plug and removing timing at anything over 75 HP.

Thanks guys, I want to spray my pony but had over heard a guy at the track say he had to retune his 06 GT for his 50hp shot every time he wanted to use it.
