I've been contemplating the purchase of Nitrous this Spring. I was wondering what kits some of you guys have and likes/dislikes with them? I have a 00 GT so i'd like to hear from you guys w/the 99-04 GT's. Any feedback is much appreciated. Please post pics of your installs if you have any.
Thanks,
Todd

NX wet kit, NX GenX2 & purge kit (http://www.americanmuscle.com/niexackit2.html), window switch, colder plugs and a dyno tune and you'll be set.

I have a NOS kit but if I had it to do over I would go with NX. Both kits are pretty much the same however NX solinoids are probably a little better plus they rate their kit at the wheels while the others rate at the flywheel.

I am not sure that anything under a 125 shot requires a dyno tune but you should put it on a dyno to see if the a/f ratio is not too lean. If it is lean then you do need a tune but otherwise I dont think its necessary. Of course with a dyno tune you will get the most out of the spray.

Also I wouldnt consider a window switch necessary on an auto car.

You can mount your solenoids wherever you want, but it just makes it easy to R&R them to send them in for inspection, and it keeps the fuel solenoid close to the schrader valve.

Right now my purge just shoots straight down to the ground via the small copper tubing off the purge solenoid. I thought about doing a cowl mounted double purge valve, but I still haven'y decided yet.
