Alright, I bought a Zex wet kit 75/100/125 pills, purge kit, and bottle pressure gauge. I also bought the zex Hyperformance spark plugs. Do I need anything else to install this? Do I need to tune? If so, what do I need to tune? Do I need a timing adjuster and or a SCT programmer? Please help...

Ok I assume the plugs you got are Copper and are a colder heat range.
up to 100hp alot of people will tell you you don't need to pull timing, but some do.
A better fuel pump is a good idea, Focus SVT but I've gone just fine on the stocker so far knock on wood.
A good Dyno tune will get you the best results and the most safety. If there is a shop close to you and you can afford it I would do that.
I didn't see a bottle heater listed in your post I'd suggest one of those or some way to heat the bottle, Too low a pressure you can get puddling issues, too high a pressure a lean shot.
Happy spraying.

Alright, the kit has been installed all the wires have been checked triple checked and taped. Here is the problem, when we program the zex module for wide open throttle, it works as long as the car is off, but the ignition is on. When we start the car, and take it for a drive to test it, it doesnt spray, we park it, turn the key again to on (not turned over) it will spray. We are out of ideas. We tapped into what we found on the internet as being the TPS (the middle wire). Any Help is appreciated...

ok you tripled checked everything. So I'm going to say have you checked the TPS voltage with the car running? IS the zex module adjustable? Can you check the voltage while someone else mashes the pedal to the floor? Are you getting enough voltage then?
I'm just thinking maybe the pedal isn't going all the way down when you mash it, or the tps voltage is different when the car is running for some reason. If you can lower the turnon tps signal on the zex controller that's what I'd do.

This is exactly why i didn't get a ZEX kit... seems to be very cranky kit... my compucar is excellent and never does that to me. I used a micro switch mounted under the pedal for full throttle activation, and an arming switch in the center console. Also a fuel press gauge just for safety messures. I've installed a zex kit 3 times, and have taken them off 2 times. The module is just too finicky! And don't say installer error... I'm an avionics Tech for 4 yrs now and know how to wire.

I just got it to work. I didn't have the TPS sensor wire spliced correctly. I have the 75 pill in right now and it is a blast. You can reallly tell the difference. I can't wait to try out the 100/125 pills (need tuner ). Thanks for your help. I wiill post of video of my car later on tonight...
