I finally got my ZEX Dry Kit today, and was wondering how hard it was cuz the instructions suck, any one have a site or something on some detailed instructions?

It's should be pretty easy. I have the same kit and although the instructions are pretty basic it should be all you need. Just be sure you use the right TPS wire to connect into. I didn't test the wire when I hooked mine up, I just used a Haynes manual and it seems that they had a misprint on the 3 wires to the TPS. I used the wire the manual said and it was actually reversed, so after trying to figure out my problem I tested the wire myself and found the problem. The wire you need is the signal wire. Other than that it was really easy to install. Good luck, let us know how it goes.

Should only take you a couple of hours unless you take more time to make sure everything is right, neat, and tighty. The signal wire you need to connect into is the signal wire to the TPS. The zex system is activated at full throttle, so this is why you need to tap into the TPS signal wire.

Unless I am mistaken you have one of the zex smart systems right (not sure if that is the proper name but it comes with the purple box that controls everything, right?)

Guero- I not 100% sure, my memory isn't working well right now, but it is the wire that if you put a volt meter on it, it should show about .99v at closed throttle and about 5v at WOT. Hope this helps.

I believe that those hose hooks up to the fuel pressure regulator, it is used to provide the right amount of fuel when the nitrous is being used.

The fuel pressure regulator should be on your fuel rail. It is in the back near the firewall on the passenger side. I am having a brain fart on the intake hose but I think it just hooks up to a vacuum port on the intake. I will have to check just to make sure, like I said I am having a brain fart.

Yeah probably unless you have an open or extra port already.

I'm surprised no one else has chimed in yet. LOL. I feel like I'm using instant messanger. lol

I have the ZEX Dry kit on 95. The directions should show which port goes to the vaccum and which one goes to the regulator. You need a cold air kit also so that the injector can be bolted to.

Overall very very easy
