I got this panel from Autozone for $20....I liked it because there is no drilling required for switches, it will run 4 different things and the box is concealed under the steering column, with the stick on gel pad mounted to the right of the guage cluster (exact opposite spot of the defroster button). I have it as follows:
1) heater on/off
2) remote bottle opener
3) arming kit
4) not currently used
I also wired in some led lights so I know when these are on/off. I mounted those in the front cup holder under the remover ashtray (change holder in my case, I dont know of anyone that actually uses the ashtray for ashes lol). Nice thing is the car has 2 cup holders, so I can still use one.
then I have a transbrake style push button for the purge
Works great on my 00 gt.....
