Would this be worth $200?

Zex wet Nitrous Kit with a full 15 pound bottle. Everything to install and spray,bottle mounts, steal braided hoses, arming switch,the bottle is a nx 15 pound bottle everything eles is zex, he also has tps hook ups

where did the Zex bottle go they are supposed to be exclusive to their kits

Not sure he just had it advertised with the NX bottle, so if they are exclusive will it cause problems?

Make sure to check the date on the bottle. They need to be inspected on a regular basis. They get a new "expires on" date, when they get re-inspected. (The place that the bottle gets filled usually does it for nothing, before they fill it.)

I use a Zex and NOS bottle on my dry kit. Shouldn't make much difference. I think it's a great deal. Oh and damn... a 15lb bottle is BIG. Have fun mounting that baby in the trunk. I have a 10lb and a battery in the trunk. It's about worthless now.
