So I have a 04 gt auto with xpipe, catback, cai, t-body, upper plenum and 410 gears. And I am going to spray a 100 shot and I was wondering if I should put a cobra pump and injectors in also?

You don't really need either. If it's a wet kit (fuel + nitrous), then you definitely don't need injectors.

Just make sure you get 1 step colder plugs, and I'd retard the timing a degree or two. You'll also need to check the air-fuel ratio with a wideband (NX kits are almost always too rich, which isn't a bad thing).

Enjoy it, it's an awesome feeling.

A higher capacity fuel pump is a good idea, but not really necessary with a 100 shot. Like stated above, with a wet kit you won't need bigger injectors.

if its a wet shot as stated before , you shouldn't need any fuel upgrades , id pull some timing and go one step colder plugs , i would also be worrying about traction with the 4.10's you don't wanna run into a light pole do you?

You're concerned about fuel delivery, good. Run with a full tank of 93 octane and replace your fuel filter more often.
