Nitto DRs on stock 8.8?

ok, is this safe to do? its the stock rear end with 62k miles and 2.73s

not gonna be launching it too hard or that often, but i can get the 555 DRs for 96 a pop, and thats a damn good deal to me, so i figures, if its safe why the hell now

so is it?>

Yes i believe it is safe. alot of people on here have them w/ stock rear! Im buying some myself soon. what size can you get for $96

it should be safe, alot of people here have them with stock rear ends

8.8s can take a decent beating...you should be fine.

4.30's, stock rear, 555r's and a ton of launches. still runs strong

245/50ZR/16s for 96 a piece new

but anyway, yeah, i think thats what im gonna get then, ill just keep the khumos for when im goin on a long trip or gettin into the rainy season

did you go for an aftermarket rear end? if so which, or did you just get a replacement stock rearend?

Whoa... It doesn't look like you have anything too aggressive in your car looking at your sig. I wonder what happened? What rpm were you launching at?

well i wont be hitting any 12 seconds in my car too soon......so i dont think i need to worry.....pluss im used to dropping on a 7.5 inch rear end in my old GT so i usually dont drop above 2k anyway
