hows the brake booster?

is your brake pedal attached?

does your emergency brake work?

that's a big question, with a ton of possibilities.

everything was good till i did the changes, e- brake works, not sure how to test the booster but it worked before. pedal just goes to the floor with no resistance when car is running. that tells me the booster is ok. could it still need bled more? i did it soo much the fluid is so clean now and not getting any air.

Bleed the MC again on the car. Either crack the lines or the bleeders (if you have them, not sure) on the MC. My 03 was the same way till I did that.

No bleeders on the Fox mc, but from the sounds of thing you still have a lot of air somewhere

You didn't change or move the calipers? A very common problem is to put them on the wrong side of the car, and they won't bleed if you do that. The bleeder must be up top.

Not really backwards, but upside down. They'll mount perfectly and they look normal, problem is, when mounted this way, an air pocket is trapped at the top of the caliper and cannot be bled out because it's above the level of the bleeder.
