I bought a 99 mustang with a 3.8 had no battery when picked it up so towed it and put a battery in. It cranks but no start. I have power to coil and no spark and also fuel pump doesnt come on either. any ideas? Please help!

My 2000 is the same way I found some switches that disable the car in case of a wreck but they are good, Does anyone know of any other relays or anything I'm overlooking?
