are you sure there no fuel pressure?do you have a spark tester?i had a similar problem, replaced the icm,cap and rotor, wires, plugs, coil.it turned out to be the distributor.replaced that, car works fine.
Going backwards, what can cause no fuel pump priming and no spark is the EEC relay. I kinda doubt that is the issue.
As everyone noted, more info is needed. If your FP gauge reads nothing, make sure the connection is good.
I use an old spark plug (or a tester) to check spark. Other methods can invalidate the test (i.e. if using a nail and the air gap is too large for the coil to jump).
Well its still a mystery. It sat at the mechanic for like 3 days and they did nothing. We took it back this morning and my gf's, uncle's friend is going to take a look at it. Her uncle worked for that guy and he said that he is a skeevy bastard he is probably just dicking us around which is what he always does to his customers. There was a 73 stang there for the third time when we went back to get the car. Apparently he said the car would get running and then the computer would shut down and the fuel pressure and sparks would stop. We're thinking bad distributor or perhaps something is not grounded properly. We are gonna have an expert look at it though.
