How come theres no good fox body or even mustang how to sites. I know that allfordmustangs site but it kinda sucks. Anyone have any? Im going to be changing out my shocks tomorrow and I know its a piece of cake, I just want to know what im looking at before I jump in. Whenever you do something for the first time you always find unexpected things, just would like to know what Im getting into. I replaced my rear springs, but I dont really remember how I did it, do I have to drop each side at a time like the springs for the shocks?

the only prob with the rear shocks is that they spin spin around and its a pita to get the nut loose, but other than that, jack it up on the frame rail, so that the suspension is fully expanded I guess, and then unbolt it on the rear, and then on top, slide em out and put the new ones in place, its far easier than springs, although they are easy as well.....

btw: any new times with the heads?

thanks, shouldnt take me more then a half hour, but no, no new times with the heads. Not really interested in what it will run honestly. I sold my slicks a while ago. The cars fast, Im just looking at getting it to run better, ive had the car for 2 years and only done performance stuff, I just got a job at Advanced Auto Parts a few months ago, so I've been getting little parts to fix my car non-stop, kinda having second thoughts about selling it, even though its like impossible to sell for the measly price I want but I've had a few bites on it just haven't really followed up on them, whoops.
