No power when warmed up

Wassup guys, i Have a 1994 Gt auto convertible. When i start my car in the mourning and i floor, the wheels will go spinning in every direction and the car wil feel like a rocket. After a breif warmup, the car is absolutey dead. I can barley spin the wheels with the sterring wheel turned. I cleaned my Maf and Tb, but i doubt there any thing there because my car only has 67,000 miles. I went to the track and ran a 15.7 at 89mph, but then slowly my car started getting slower times every single run after. I have Mac headers, FIPK, and a Amercian thunder catback. I know i have 2 bolts missing on the right side of my header and one is comin loose. I think i also have a leak under the hood, but i dont know where. Thanx alot for the help guys, caus i i thought my car would at least break 15.4 at the track with my mods. I had to drive 1hr away to go to the track so my car was already feeling dead b4 i got to run it. thanx again

Well, fix your exhaust leaks and vacuum leaks first...then post back....Those are your likely problems.
