Been awhile since my last post. I seem to have an issue with my radio. After a few songs a loud pop happens thru the speakers and then no music. The radio is on but cant get any sound. Tried cd player and cassette and nothing. Any idea what it could be. Amps cutting out? Mach360 system
Does sound like the amps cutting out. If you have an aftermarket radio, it might be putting out too much power to the amps. They have to be wired to the low-output, or a down-stepping module installed (which is often adjustable).
So I finally get around to replacing the rear Amps and still no sound. All components receiving power and all fuses check out. When I turn on the radio I hear a humming sound thru the speakers but no audio. Stumped! Am i missing sonething. Any tips would be appreciated
