No Spark, No Injector Pulse.

One of my msd wires grounded out on my header and shut down my car. When I turn my key on I don't get fuel injector pulse or spark when I cranked the car. I checked voltage at the red/green wire at coil and there is nothing. I bypassed MSD still nothing. I ran a wire from the ignition (12v) to the red/green wire so that when I turn the key it sends voltage to the red/green wire and the injectors pulsed and the car cranks and runs. I'm trying to find out where the the power come from for the red/very wire. I have been though the checklists from the Web but no result. I'm hoping I'm over look in no something. By me rigging it up it allows me to drive the car but it's not fixed. Any help would be great.

There is a 20 gauge blue fuse link in the ignition coil power feed that comes off the ignition switch. You probably blew that one.
