Just had the engine out of my 01 cobra now it wont start. I am new to fords so work with me here. The theft light goes out so I think that is okay. There is 12v to my cops. The ecm is not grounding them. My injectors are pulsing and fuel pump runs and everything seems to be powering up. put a scanner on it and the ecm is seeing engine speed. Checked all ecm grounds they are all good. Im wondering if it could be the passive anti theft system. Will the theft system cause a no crank or no start? If anybudy has any sugestions i need help.
