No start after T5 swap

welp it turned out that i am a dumbass

the car had this hokey 80's style security system that i had to rip out in order to get the pedals swapped out...and i definitely cut first and asked questions later...

turns out the white/pink wire that goes from the ignition key down to the neutral safety switch under the car was cut when i took the security system out...got that baby spliced back together and shes good to go

now i just have to get a new clutch cable...the aftermarket POS im using now stretches alot and wont fully disengage the clutch...still a good 1/2 or more that the clutch fork can travel but the cable wont do it

lol, i had that same type of thing happen to me with my old lx, the dumbass who had it before me had a few too many dui's and had to have a breathalizer in the car to start it. took the dash apart for the heatercore, and the the car wouldnt start for a week and a half untill i found out that i accidentally grounded the ignition interupter that somehow got left behind.

as for the cable, is it an adjustable one? i know i really had to tighten that ball nut on my steeda cable to get it to work, and its on the second (furthest from f/w) hook of my quad (also steeda). either way when ive had enough of this one im getting a stock oem cable.

the cable is a cheap aftermarket unit, i have a steeda billet quadrant and i have it on the forward-most hook, and i just cant seem to get that last bit of travel out of the cable/fork to disengage the clutch. its a king cobra, by the way

i plan on buying a nice maximum motorsports cable off my friend, and getting a firewall adjuster...hopefully that takes care of it...im dying to drive this thing!
