I just replaced the heater core on my wife's 99 Mustang. If I engage the flasher button, flashers do not work but the turn signals will work. Rookie mistake I am sure. Fuse 13 & 18 look ok.
Not too sure. The Flashers use the same G204 ground as the turn signals. It is also the ground for a pile of other stuff that works. I've got the pin out check for the Multi Function and might try that.
I did pull the column, but the Multi Function portion of the harness remained.
