All of the sudden my turn signals decided that they didn't want to work any more. The emergency flashers work. I replaced the flasher unit on it. What should I try next?

Wrong flasher?

If your emergency flashers work, that eliminates a lot of items. You said you replaced a flasher...there should be a separate one for the E-flashers and one for the signals. Make sure you repaced the one with orange yellow and blue wires.

check this link...

hope it helps

Direct from section 15-6 , fig. 7 of the Big Blue Book for 67's.

1. Burned out bulbs, or loose socket connections.
2. Open connection at turn signal flasher.
3. Loose or broken wire from ignition switch to flasher.
4. Defective flasher
5. Loose or broken wire from flasher to turn signal switch.
6. Defective turn signal switch.
7. Broken, shorted, or loose wires from switch to lights.

Personally, mine was burnt out bulbs causing only one front and one back on opposite sides not to work...go figure!
