So I’m new. Not completely sure if this has been a thread in the past or not. I didn’t see anything on the subject but when driving I have a grinding noise come from the left rear wheel. I’ve got people saying it’s a bad hub and some saying the caliper seized up. I was scheduled to work the weekend so I couldn’t get under the car ‍ Will try to check tomorrow morning but any ideas on what it could ACTUALLY be ?

...I can take it. I think.

If the caliper is seized the wheel will get really hot. It could be a bad bearing in the axle. Hard to say.
