NOISE ON THE FRONT WHEEL

Hey ! i got a 2003 mustang and for some time now its been making this noise like a knock on my left side front tire everytime i put it on gear or everytime i brake and go thru a bump, any ideas what that might be??? any help u can give me would be great.....
