Noisy stock valvetrain?

Im not sure if its just me or in my head but belive my cars valvetrain is starting to make more noise then it used too. It has 87000miles on it. Is their any servicing of the valvetrain that needs to be done? Since ive owned the car ive pretty much kinda driven it hard for the past few months so im sure its related to my driving style just wondering if things need to be adjusted perhaps?.

Also seems like my car misses more at idle but i know thats normal for cars to miss at idle.

I only have 66,000 on mine and I noticed the same thing rite after I put my pullies on.

All 5.0 HO motors use a non-adjustable-style valvetrain.

If something is making noise, it's probably broken, especially if you've been driving the car hard.

Try to pin point the noise and lift the valve cover and look in the areas where the noise my be coming from.
