I have been hearing a lot of valvetrain noise out of this car. I haven't been around a whole lot of other mustangs to compare. The ones I have been around have such a loud exhaust, it is kinda hard to compare. Anyway,
it has made noise since I put it together. It was like a 50,000 mile short block. I put the E cam package in it, so new springs and lifters. Stock heads (I know), gt40 tubular intake. Are they known to be noisy?
This weekend, I will be removing the valve covers to take a look. If I can't find anything wrong, I guess, I was wondering if roller rockers might help? Or if you guys have any other suggestions.
