non mach460 head unit in mach?

i have got in an accident a few months ago and the car was hit bad
i had the stock sound system in it
now i bought a 95 convertible off ebay and it has the mach460 speakers in it
but no headunit
can i just place my headunit and stock ford cdplayer in the 95 vert?

If the wiring and amps is still there for the MACH 460 then yes.

can someone tell me where the amps r located?
in a vert
r they 2 small ones behind the back seats?

yes,they are next to the convertible top pump
