I bought an exhaust that said it was for convertible, but when it was installed the bracing under the car wouldn't go back on. My question is: Is it imperative that the bracing be there? Or can I leave it off until I get the correct exhaust? I'm not planning to drag the car or get wild, but I still want to be able to enjoy the weather with the top down in the new ride. TIA

They make new pistons every day, so why worry?

I know that several companies have had to re design the vert exhaust systems for clearance issures, I would contact the manufacturer directly to replace your system so that all factory components still fit your car.

I've already been in contact, but they're saying another three weeks until delivery. My question is more along the lines of should I park it or should I be alright driving cautiously until it arrives?
