By the end of this week ill be taking over payments on a 2002 gt, i was wondering is there anywhere i can go to see waht mods exactly this car has, because my roomate got it w these mods and he dont even know exactly what it has, we know it has an x pipe, intake, because we can see that, but i just wanted to know if i can take it to a shop and they'll tell me exactly what these car has??

that would be provided you took it to a shop familiar with modluar mustangs.

Of course you could take pics of the car, provide info, a video of idle and driving showing rpms and we ( the stangnet family) may be able to tell you.

I doubt a normal shop can tell you a whole lot about it. As BooWFO said though, tell us and we can probably help you.

look at the common bolt-on mods, like springs, pullies, brakes, tb/plenum, mufflers, see if they have a logos or names on them

Like everyone else is saying, get pics of the entire engine bay, that way we can see if you have a stock intake, TB, CAI, C/C plates. Take a picture of your speedo with tach while doing 50mph or whatever and we can tell you what gears you have. You know the exhaust midpipe is not stock but what about your cats? Are they still there? What about your headers? Take a picture of the side of your car (whole thing, tires on up) so we can see if your suspension has been changed. If you want, take a picture from under the backend to see if anything's been done there.

I think cams, heads, forged pistions would be harder to spot but we can figure it out.... Just need info.

You can even take a pic of the tag on the differential. Then we'll know if it has aftermarket gears or not. You can also snap a shot of the springs/shocks/struts, and undercarrage too. Plenty of help on :SNSign:

Sort of like the first time your alone with a girl. You may not know what it looks like or feels like but pretty soon you figure it out and it is something that's definitely different than the norm.

Hopefully this pics well help! I tried to take a picture of the back but theres a plastic thing under the car so i couldnt get to take a pic of gears. And yeah i know i gotta clean the engine lol. Any help will be appreciated thanks!
