is it normal for the coil on plugs to be a lil losse? the bolts are tight but i can move the coils around its a 02 4.6 ??

A little "loose" is fine. As long as it's not missing at all, I wouldn't concern myself about it.

thanks just wanted to make sure ive heard some horror storys of plugs blowing out of these egines and i just wanted to make sure

plugs blowing has nothing to do with the CoPs, it's the heads and the spark plugs that are damaged.

Loose CoPs where they bolt on is normal, and prefered. I over tightened one of mine and now it's rusted in, I gotta easy out it next time I change plugs.
