i jus installed a b & m trans cooler and a trans temp guage. i went out for about a 20 min cruise and the needle isnt even hitting a hundred, it moved a lil bit but not to 100. the fitting is hot and so are the lines. do i need to drive longer to see a temp or is this not right

hey,

I have the same thing, the car takes forever to move up the temperature of the transmission. if you start banging the gears 1 2 and D, the temperature will increase faster. the highest I ever get it up to is 180. that my personal limit and after that I dont bang on them any more.

takes at least 30 min for it to start moving on normal good behavior driving in my experience.
