Cold is not something to worry about with nitrous as you would have to worry about with a full tank and 100 degree tempratures outside.
All of my cars with nitrous had the NHRA blowdown tubes so if anything happened I had no worries as it always exited outside the car if something went wrong.
Generaly though cold temps and NOS are not a prob.
