Deleted EGR? I didn't know that, that was an option on those motors. It sounds like you're all set. Toss us some better pics when you have a chance.

Yes the EGR valve delete was part of the problem something with heating the exhaust I think..this has everything needed to keep the 6.0 alive and happy...LOL...oh did I say this thing HAULS azz...lol...it spools so fast faster then my turbo mustang...and the whistle is so loud on this turbo...the owner told me the boost is insane on this he never went over 30 psi but he said it sure will...OH yeah I will get some more pics up after I install a few goodies I bought for it....lol

I actually got waxed by a dodge diesel at the track last year. He was running low 12's. I work around diesels every day but didn't realize a diesel truck could run that quick.

Love those! I really want my next DD to be a turbo diesel Excursion. Would rather have a bullet proof 6.0 over a 7.3. My friend has a F-250 with a 7.3. We made it to Milwaukee and back on 10 gallons of diesel. (roughly 250 miles round trip)

Heck yeah man, nice buy! I would love to get into an excursion. My parents had one when we were growing up, four kids, perfect for trip vehicle. Although we only had the 5.4, sigh. First vehicle I ever legally drove.

Starting looking for one and man do these Excursions hold their value. I thought I could pick up a cheap 10 year old diesel and they are $15K+ for over 150,000 miles. Guess the value is done by the pound.
