Make sure the red/green wire at the coil is getting 12 volts when the ignition switch is in the run position.

In addition, ensure your battery has a full charge - when doing diagnostics involving cranking, it's not a bad idea to have a charger ready to go. That's a lesson learned from big bikes (and small bike batteries). The starter turns over but there isnt enough power left to get a decent lookin spark.

And if you happen to have a known, good (spare) coil, it might be worthwhile to toss it on and see what gives.

Good luck.

Have you messed with timing lately?

At this point, I'd take a look at JRichker's 'Cranks but no start checklist' and run through it, rather than jumping around.

Good luck.

If you restabbed the dizzy very close to your point of reference, that should work fine (in my experience anyhow). You could spin the motor around by hand to check. Or if you have a timing light, you can toss it on there and see where you're at. Jrichker has a nice post for stabbing a dizzy.

Also, if you can slow down a little while you're typing, that would help. Posts lacking punctuation are difficult to read and sometimes thoughts are not clearly conveyed.

Good luck.

well you set the #1 cylinder to TDC on the compression stroke before you stab the dizzy in. The dizzy's on ford engines can go in multiply ways so make sure you have it installed correctly first.
