Now It Will Not Rev Up/no Power

What cam?
I also am leaning towards a vacuum problem.
Lets start with a simple check list.
Vacuum lines, there are quite a few and some are plastic, make sure they are in good shape, any doubt just replace
Fuel pressure, you said it was at 38lbs, did you test it with the vacuum line disconnected, around 40 vacuum disc'd around 32 ish vacuum line hooked up, also rev it up a little and fuel pressure should rise too. The egr's are prone to getting carboned up and the plate it bolts to gets narly on the inside and can leak so I would pull that and make sure it is good, then spray wd40 along the intake mating surfaces, and injectors while the engine is running to check vacuum leaks in those areas, let us know if this helps.
I am figuaring your plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and fuel filter are good, if unknown, replace it.

Today I'm going to replace fuel filter. The car has been sitting for a few years. I have new plug wires on the way. Should be here in a day or 2. I've always thought I have had a vacuumn problem. Where to start..lol there a lot of them. So there is a vacuumn line that comes out from the front of the intake, a rather large hose. On the other end of it thete is just a bolt plugging the hose. Should that be hooked up somewhere? I can get pictures after work if need be.

Have you tryed putting the stock maf houseing back on...i think thats the problem...stock sensor on different houseing dont work together...i bought a bbk 76 and she has no probkem getting to 5500

So I have autolite 25's gapped at 050 in it right now. Should I get some 24's? Also, I changed timing back to 10* and when I put the spout connector back on and recheck timing its jumping from like 18ish to 20*. Is that normal?

That hose should go to the carbon canister under your air box, or where your air box was, the is a check valve then a hose to the canister, with a wire harness that plugs to your injector harness on the passenger side
Is that there?

I don't think so. Here are some pictures.

Can't tell, the carbon canister is right front down on the fram rail, let me find some pics, you need a vacuum diagram too.
That hose you have in your hand is coming from the back, canister vacuum comes from the front.

So looking at that diagram. Pretty sure it's the hose that went to the cruise control. So I should be good there. Also, my fuel pressure gauge is stuck on 38lbs. Car running or not. On my way to get a new gauge. Also noticed I'm missing a bolt on my intake. Could this cause anything?

Dude, stop jumping around like a monkey f'n a football, makes it hard to resolve issues.
Back to that vacuum line, if it comes from the front of the intake it's for the canister, see if you have the rest, I posted links.
Your cruse control come off the vacuum tree on the firewall.
And yes a missing bolt in the intake needs to be addressed.

Ya sorry about that. Here is a pic of my canister. The one hose runs into my fender and I don't know where is goes from there. The other port on the canister is open as you can see. Should that be blocked off?
