No threads on this subject?
I totally forgot about it this year until one of my coworkers asked if I went...
It was the 16th for those that forgot like me.

I found the attached picture while digging around on the internet to see what cars were there this year.

I went on Sunday, to the People's Choice show. I only saw 3 MII's up in the II paddock when I went up there. Peter (I dunno his last name but he's from Canada) had his gorgeous orange and black Cobra 347 next to my car in Modifieds, and Dan, also from Canada, had his blue Cobra, which was totally sweet. John (78ProII) had his daughter's II, also in Modifieds. I think there were more II's in the Modified category than in the II category.

The good news is, of the '74-86 Modifieds, 4 of the 6 cars that I counted were II's. The bad news is, we probably all lost.

hey guys, im working on my cobraII right now to be my first car at the tender age of 17 and i thought that it'd be worth telling you guys that there is a green 78 mustang II in the belfair airport auto wrecking yard, there is nothing missing from it, aside from the back lock assembly but thats because its on mine now lol.
its cool that there are people from the seattle region that have mustang IIs as well.

Naw , I just like yanking your chain!!! Duh, call them! Belfair also had a coupe way in back, and a rather gutted 74 hatch. Airport crushed most, haven't been there in awhile. Eastside just got a blue coupe, full of trash, pretty descent except for the trunk, and latch. mangled.

the green 78 coupe is really no bad shape, i mean, if i remember correctly, ther engine, transmission, wheels, and interior were intact, all the windows were uncracked, and everything seemed to be there, im unsure about what happened to it to go to the wrecking yard. its really confusing in fact.

super speedy edit;
do you know if that coupe in east side had the wiper arms? because my 76 cobra II needs those, and if they have it, the air dam.

Honestly, I do not remember if the valence was intact. It did have arms. It should be up in the top left of the yard if you go. Blue/white top I think. I only stopped briefly before the night before they towed it in. I could check if you like on my lunch. I only work about a block from it.

not hardly cobra units are not fiberglass. they are a urethane material. I got to Eastside today. They really screwed the coupe up. Only been there like a week, and already stacked on top of and restacked twice. Still some good stuff, they are supposed to gut the frontend in the next couple of days. Ther e are still the chrome wipers on the other cars there.
