Ummmm... I'm gonna make a stab at this and sa no. But, exhaust is something that can be made to fit. OR h-pipes are pretty cheap so I'd save myself the hassle and buy one made to fit

No. It will not work. One side has a different flange than the other.

I would do like Strype suggested and just get the proper one.

Sorry man, it just ain't gonna work. But, in my humble opinion they should still sell 07 mustangs with 5.0's in them then we just wouldn't have any problems in the world.
