it was really bad about 30 mins ago. i just came back and so far so good. the only way i could communicate for awhile was through links in email notifications.

Same here

Except for the silly ads all over the place, it's basically working fine for me. I don't run Windows, though, so that probably helps .

since this is kind of a waste thread, Anthony, ive been thinking of tryin firefox out. im a real puter moron - is it a fairly easy DL and install?

not as bad anymore but a few days ago i was getting "server is too busy crap" (any browser)

and the last two days i've been getting that ghay university of phoenix thing that shifts all the posts (with any browser)

EDIT: DAMMIT, when i hit this edit button it did the shift thing like 3 times.. i'm using sbc browser

very easy...just download it and install it...just follow the instructions...its nice because its got a built in pop up blocker, and if you dont like the way it looks(i forget what the defualt theme looks like you can get new ones to make it look better...i like it a lot, I only use IE to do my Windows updates now...and if you run into any bugs, go to the firefox support forums on mozilla.org and post about them. They will help you, and it also helps Mozilla because Firefox is still pre release, its up to version .9.3 now...in september it should go full release of version 1.0...

Avant browser is much better then Mozilla. It is also free.

I don't have banner ad's but I sometimes run into some minor problems. The last two weeks have been great.

oJoe, its the university of phoenix banner. I couldn't post AT ALL last night as I couldn't see the links to reply to. I tried to make a post and I could click on the "new thread" button, but once I typed it in, I couldn't post it because I couldn't see the button. Right now my screen is messed up and I can't see the bar on the top where it says user cp, etc. I have a PM I can't read because I can't click on it... Please have the admin do something about this ASAP. Its just that university of phoenix add i think.

i downloaded mozilla's firefox, at home, yesterday and haven't played with it yet

BUT right now, at work, i dl avant and disabled scripts (in the tools menu) and it is awesome... no more freakin university of phoenix! - it's pretty cool (and easy), it transferred all of my favs from windows explorer
