O2s and Long Tube Header Problem - Tweecer Help

I have had this problem ever since I installed long tubes on my 95 GT.

I keep getting 137 and 173 codes. O2s are new. I have adjust the exhaust pluse width but I think it needs more. Has anyone solve this problem with longtubes yet. What did you do..

Any help will be awesome..
