OBD1 plug location

Ok, 95 Stang where the heck is the obd1 plug located. I have tried every search and go 0 on the location. I found a plug on driver side strut tower but it is missing the solo wire.

So where is the plug?

Passenger side between the strut tower and the firewall.

it has a cap on it, its rectangle shaped. If your looking at the car from the front its located on the passenger side strut tower on the back side of it
