Recently i have had some problems with my 2001 mustang bullitt. When i would start the car the engine would start but then stall out unless i gave it some throttle then it would idle fine. I ran the trouble codes and got p0443, p1451, p0135, p0141, p0151, p0161, p01409. I read what each individual code is and i cant seen to come up with a conclusion on how to fix the car. Also, my car has an o/r x-pipe along with mil eliminators. If anyone has had a similiar situation or if familiar with this problem help would be greatly appreciated. Thanyou

check fuse f2.8 EGR, EVAP, O2

Subsystem affected,

EGR (vacuum regulator)
EVAP (canister vent, and canister purge)
O2 heaters

What ONE thing do all of the above sub-systems have in common?

Drum roll............

This is good. Just a little longer.............

While the drums are rolling, why don't you check fuse F2.8 in the Central Junction Box (CJB)? The CJB is located in the driver's kick panel.

Perhaps by time you are back, the drum roll will be done.

Surprised? :jaw:

More than likely, the replacement fuse will blow. The usual cause of a blown F2.8 is a problem with the O2 heaters. Since F2.8 controls all four O2 sensors, the trick is to find out which one is causing the problem.

Has any recent exhaust work been done? Check to see if the rear O2 pigtail have contacted the hot exhaust. Check the MIL's. Check the O2 connectors. Look for cut/chaffed/burnt wires. Perform a general wire harness inspection.

Good luck.

:lol:Burns knows the fuse numbers by heart, cause this problem happens a lot w/shorted O2 sensor wires.
O.p should go back and read some of his post, they read like a manual for this make/model of car. Hes that good.:nice:
I'd be willing to bet hes got the OBD2 codes memorized too.
