odd problem

whenever I just about come to a stop in my car, it get a little bit of a rumble/vibration from the front end. Then I get a little vibration (feel it in the floor and steering wheel) once I hit 50 or so. Then once I give a little steering input it goes away, every time. Could it be the bearing in the spindle?

Could be something as dumb as an out of balance tire/wheel.

With the stopping part, does it occur if you dont have the brakes applied (like rolling to a stop uphill or something)?

with the brakes applied. The car only has about 50 miles on it since the 5 lug/4wheel disc conversion, so its very possible something isnt quite right.
