Odd Question

Newbie Here,
I have 2 grinded-out studs on the driver's side rear from over tightening the lugs on my Weld Draglites... Anyone ever replaced these? Will an Air Hammer simply pound the Old Ones out and the New Ones in?

Need help by the AM... Any advice appreciated.

I had to replace a couple. I'm sure the air hammer will work, all I did was use a punch and hammer to knock them out. To put the new ones in, I slid the stud in and put a spacer on the other side (to avoid damage) and pulled it into place by tightening the lug nut. You know the rest.
