Odometer doesn't work, how do I fix it?

Both the odometer/trip meter don't spin. What do I check to get them working again? Thanks

may need to replace your odomerter gears.

i have the same problem. but i have had my 3.73 gears in for a wile but the od/trip just stopped working any help? i have the cluster out but cant get the odometer out to see if it is broke but cant get it out.
