Off-Road H-P install?

I got an off-road H-Pipe for my 03 Mach 1. Looking for a shop around Portland that will bolt it in. Or if anyone knows someone that will rent out a lift for a half hour.

Most exhaust shops won't touch that, against the law for them to remove cats and not replace. There used to be a place that you could rent a lift, but they went under. Not sure if there's another one around?

Floor Jack, Jack stands, and a creeper its how it use to get done. before your fancy lifts.
