Off set rear tires

I bought a 2006 GT V8 5 speed. It has been lowered ( Eibach springs ) and has 20'' wheels. I noticed that the right rear tire is flush with the fender but the left rear sticks out about a 1/2''. Any ideas or solutions.

adjustable panhard bar
